- 1 pound 450 g chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup 60 ml olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Wooden or metal skewers if wooden, soak in water for 20 minutes to prevent burning
