- Heat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners or give it a light greasing.
- Whisk together your flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- In another bowl, combine your milk, melted butter, oil, eggs, and vanilla until well blended.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ones and stir just until combined. Fill your muffin cups about ¾ full with the batter.
- Pop them in the oven for 20-25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean, then let them cool briefly in the pan.
- Mix up your cinnamon sugar, then dip the warm muffin tops first in melted butter, then in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
