Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast – Boneless skinless, and cut into bite-sized pieces. (Chicken thighs work too!)
  • ¼ cup honey – Provides natural sweetness and helps create the sticky glaze.
  • 4 garlic cloves – Freshly minced for maximum flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce – Adds a rich umami balance to the sweetness.
  • 2 tablespoons butter – For a silky smooth sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil – To sear the chicken to golden perfection.
  • Salt & pepper – For seasoning the chicken.

  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Stir in ¼ cup of honey and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
Combine & Glaze
