Prepare the Chicken
- Cut the chicken breast into small, even bite-sized pieces.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Cook the Chicken
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Transfer the chicken to a plate and set aside.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.

- Stir in ¼ cup of honey and 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, mixing until the sauce is smooth.
Combine & Glaze
- Return the cooked chicken bites to the skillet.
- Toss them in the honey garlic sauce, coating each piece evenly.
- Let the sauce simmer and thicken for 2-3 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy
- Remove from heat and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve immediately with rice, steamed vegetables, or noodles for a complete meal.
