Ingredients
  

  • 1 10 oz bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
  • 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 15 oz can sweet corn drained
  • 1 4 oz can green chiles mild or medium
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Prepare baking sheets by lightly greasing them or lining with parchment paper. Arrange the tortilla chips on the sheets, cup side up.
  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
  • Fill each chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of the filled chips.
  • Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
