- 1 10 oz bag Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 1 8 oz block cream cheese softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 15 oz can sweet corn drained
- 1 4 oz can green chiles mild or medium
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese for topping
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare baking sheets by lightly greasing them or lining with parchment paper. Arrange the tortilla chips on the sheets, cup side up.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, egg, corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well mixed.
Fill each chip with about 1 tablespoon of the mixture.
Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the tops of the filled chips.
Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
